Hijacking a human mind, especially a weak mind, is child’s play when one specializes in electromagnetic manipulation. Take the Grays for example. They mastered mind control techniques, using charged ions in the environment since well before they crawled out of their primordial Reticulum ooze.

One of the best ways to overcome this sort of thing is to cut out the foodstuffs that are designed to dumb us down. These include artificial sweetener, alcohol, red meat and msg products to name a few. You can also improve your concentration by practicing meditation that suits your personality.
