The word Exopolitics might be on many lips in the years to come. I know it sounds like science fiction, but bear with me when I say to you WE ARE NOT ALONE! Not that you’d know it though. Unless you have a sneaky suspicion that the next 10 foot tall person you see is not of this world. Let me explain.

Seriously, I know that this subject seems to be associated with kooks and weirdo’s but there is a serious undercurrent to this material that is not all about tree huggers and round the campfire aura reading orb chasers. No offense to tree huggers or said orb chasers intended of course! (I just think that a photograph of fog in the dark with a flash will educate you as to what an ‘orb’ is! Oh, if you don’t know what an ‘orb’ is, put it out of your mind right now, as it is of no consequence) So I was saying about Exopolitics, which is to do with the political implications of “the extra-terrestrial presence”, that there appears to have been some native-fed, fruit-eating, heavy machinery using, underground base operating giant men in Italy who are meant to have come from ‘out there’. No kidding.

I am aware that the need for tourism is important, but this is ridiculous! Italy has suffered heavily from the global credit crunch, and this sort of thing is like grasping at straws. Unless this is actually REAL, and dark-haired Felipe here (or Chwan or whoever) is a real ET,  stuff like this does nothing for the real, serious effort to disclose information about repressed knowledge of ETs and/or revolutionary propulsion and free energy technologies.

So evidence of human looking extraterrestrials that lived in several underground bases in Italy from 1956-1978 is apparently coming our way very soon. That link again.

I know, you’ve been dieing to know what on earth is going on with the dry history lesson that is my little series on the original Disclosure Project lineup, Haven’t you? Well I’ll wager the majority of individuals who take an interest on this subject are hazy on the details of what has transpired thus far. Is it not wise to be educated on a matter that is of such importance that it could dramatically change your world view?

You no doubt know, unless this subject matter is new to you, that there are a plethora of witnesses and amazing information, for which I have not found any well summarized compilation. I’d love for someone to educate me on that… A comment would be good. Just a though there.

I’ve been sweating it out about this though.  Should I risk being unpopular, not following the current trend of UFO buzz and just keep going on this journey of summarization and commentary, or should I delve deeper into the Google Alerts material that I receive daily on keyword ‘ufo’ or ‘extraterrestrial’? You see that is a really amazing tool. Here let me show you something, unless you don’t know about this already:

Enrique Kollbeck was a Senior air traffic controller for Mexico International Airport during the 1990s. In his testimony, this nervous, heavily accented professional recounted what he called typical cases of UFO activity that was reported by domestic pilots and radar.

He begins with an event in March 1992 where there was a domestic flight near collision with an unidentified airborne object, which was followed a week later by a similar incident. He makes a point of being specific about times, dates, names of flights and pilots and summarizes his disclosure of several radar related UFO events with his concern that these UFOs are dangerous.

You may be aware of the rash of UFO activity in and around Mexico. You may also know of the investigative reporter who has adopted the UFO subject, namely Jaime Maussan, who Mr Kolbeck mentions as an individual who has obviously taken quite an interest in cases such as this.

Is it appropriate to be skeptical about this case? Well, if you analyze the facts, there is nothing unearthly about what Kollbeck says! Why would he and the pilots and radar opperators lie about something like this, especially when they are not expressing any opinion as to what these UFOs are, other than ‘dangerous’. Every incident of airspace abuse that is so concerning to this man can be explained in mundane terms. We could speculate ad nauseam about that. Take the fact that the US have advanced aircraft and don’t really care about Mexican airspace. Well, if these airborne near misses are the result of US carelessness then I agree that such behavior is reckless to say the least. Indeed, I am sure that Commander Ack Ack of the Galactic Federation gave pilot Gryxwl and Choogyboogy a good ticking off for these mischievous mishaps!

In any reported case of an initially bizarre or odd sounding scenario, it is often useful to apply a principle known as Occam’s Razor to it. Check it out on Wikipedia, but it it basically states that you should start an explanation for something with the closest to ordinary possible one you can. Don’t just jump out there with visits from the Martians initially, but rather try at least to apply a dose of marsh gas or Venus! You get the idea. It’s just that in these cases, Venus doesn’t show up on radar or cause near collisions with domestic airlines.

Sergeant Smith worked as a radar controller from 1967 to 1973, reporting to NORAD on any radar UFO readings that may pose a threat to military airspace operations.

In his testimony, he recounts his first encounter with a UFO in which the people he was stationed with were observing a UFO on radar that was behaving in an unusual sequential manner. The UFO would hover at about 80000 feet for 10 minutes, then descended slowly until it dropped off the radar for another 10 minutes, then instantly reappear at 80000 feet again! The next sweep of the radar would show that it was stationary at 200 miles away. It would stay in that location  for 10 minutes and repeat what it has just done 2 more times.

He was later told that when you see a UFO, you notify NORAD, you don’t write anything down, but rather just keep it to yourself because it is on a “need to know” basis only. A typical response that you hear from multiple witnesses in this subject.

Later that year, NORAD called him to let him know that there was a UFO coming up the California coastline, but that he should do nothing as they were just giving him the “heads up”.

Then in late 1972 while stationed in Michigan, he received panicky calls from police officers who were attempting to follow 3 UFOs. On checking the radar, he confirmed this, called NORAD who said that they were worried now because they had some B52s that were going to be landing near the stated location, so NORAD diverted the bombers. For this event, he received many calls from witnesses, to which he deceptively responded that there was nothing on radar at all. This would be his standard response until this press conference!

Like all these witnesses, he ends saying that he will testify under oath to a congressional hearing that what he has said is the truth.

Now this is a little more interesting, because we learn that whatever is causing this phenomenon is real enough to irritate public military authorities. We also learn that these things are TREMENDOUSLY fast. No wonder the military have a funny attitude about whether or not people get to know about them. The thing about the military, at least in the States, is that the attitude they have about being biggest and best at everything gets put in its place. Egos are definitely bruised. I don’t think this has anything to do with the public panicking. Knowing that  a bobbing spaceship is doing repetitive maneuvers is not as scary as making your next mortgage payment… As such, we start to see picture of military paranoia being painted here.

Lt. Col Charles L Brown is a retired military officer who worked for the predecessor of the famous project Blue Book; Project Grudge. In his testimony at the 2001 National Press Club conference hosted by Dr Steven Greer, he tells us that he flew bombers in Europe during the second World War before his posting at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. While at the base, he was assigned to analyze global UFO reports for 2 years.

He was sent UFO reports, which he  analyzed so that he could offer official advice to air technical intelligence. In looking at these reports he says he became “convinced that there was substance to what was being reported”. Furthermore, these reports came from reputable military and civilian sources, like pilots, police officers and other credible people. The reports represented ground visuals, ground radar, and airborne radar confirmation of some of the sightings, all of which came from global sources.

Of course, Brown says that he is prepared to testify before congress that what he says is true.

As in the case of Mr Callahan, I we have to be honest and admit that this is not indication of extraterrestrial craft on the face of it, but could rather be advanced military technology. It is, however valuable testimony, because it lends credence to the concept of Ufology, which suffers from a certain stigma of being less than reputable.

Also bear in mind that Brown’s testimony here is a brief overview of what he did. He has not gone into any detail of any actual cases, which may provide someone with the ability to create a more informed personal opinion  about WHAT these UFOs are. In the context of the subsequent disclosures, I think you’ll agree that this very question is answered fairly well!

One fact remains though, these are still the opinions of witnesses. As such, we can never know for sure what it is that they think they saw. For that reason, we must do what some judicial systems do and strive for an assesment based on the balance of probabilities. A weight of consistent testimony is therefor needed to reduce the odds of falacy and deception. Hopefully this aproach will bring a weight of probability to the table that matches the same level of certainty we have that the world is not actually a giant simulation and that we are not brains in a jar… hang on… How certain ios that? You get the idea though!

I’m going to summarize the testimony of each of the original 2001 press conference individuals, in sequence. First up is John Callahan, who’s testimony at the conference was of his orders to cover up a UFO incident in Alaska that was recorded by air traffic controllers. He said that he thought it was just some sort of Stealth craft, however the CIA told him that the public would panic if told what it really was. In his testimony, he states that the meeting with representatives of various government agencies ended with a command to never acknowledge that this event and subsequent meeting with officials ever occurred.

As far as I can tell, this is not a strong indication of anything extraterrestrial necessarily. Rather, it is as Mr Callahan said, a recording of something ‘like a stealth’ craft. Of course, such a thing as this, human or extraterrestrial would be of a sensitive enough nature to warrant at the very least, an initial non disclosure. If so many bigwigs from the public government agencies were present, it must have been an issue of national security and as such, a cover up of this even would be considered appropriate.

I believe that the UFO phenomenon is so well known now that if this report was actually publicized today, it would not make front page news. People would probably say “Oh, cool. I always thought they were real”. A radar readout is so abstract to most people, however once the geeks have analyzed it and explained what the amazing maneuvers mean, the behavior of the erratic vehicle would still most likely not create much of a stir in people.

May I therefor speak for the average human on this one and say “AAAAAARGH the Pod People are attacking!!!! AAAAAARGH!”
Or rather, more realistically, “Oh that’s cool, I always thought they were real”.

MOD release UFO files

Something that has turned up repeatedly in my meanderings through this subject is the purported underground cities on our nearest planetary neighbor Mars. I think its the nearest. Or is it Venus? Someone correct me on that!

For anyone who has never read anything about that, its basically one of the many artifacts that turn up on the celestial bodies within our solar system. Richard Hoagland’s Enterprise Mission can bring you up to speed on this. Turns out that there are more geometric and artificial anomalies out there than you may think. And the vast majority of people don’t think there is anything. A case in point that blew me away was the moon of Saturn, Iapetus.

Cue the Star Wars Emperial march!

So it turns out that whistleblower Arthur Neumann, former employee of the US National Security Agency, has visited an underground alien base on Mars. Here is a photograph!

Ok, that’s what I thought too. Looks like a bunch of cracked up sub surface rocks to me too. Maybe there are too many straight lines there. I’d have to do more digging around for higher resolution images of this to be sure it really is artificial. Well, apparently its a city, and not only that, its teeming with friendly gray Aliens ready to talk politics with dutiful NSA workers from sunny planet Earth.

Ditching vast piles of steaming skepticism for the moment, this is really amazing. Mr. Neumann (formerly known as Henry Deacon – a cunning alias to escape men in black retribution) tells us that “There is life on Mars. There are bases on Mars. I have been there.” See the European Exopolitics Congress in Barcelona. He further revealed in subsequent interviews by project Camelot, that he was involved in dialog between NSA bigwigs and sub-surface Martians. Apparently he was teleported there. I trust all his brain cells were intact on re materializing.

Another whistle blower, Andrew Basagio confirms this story independently. I could report this like a newspaper or you can read about it in the Examiner.

Well, teleportation technology is very much a possibility now with the discovery of wormholes. Micro-wormholes, under control of intense magnetic fields suck up your molecular structure and spit your bits out in a quantum-tied version of the same room, somewhere else in space. Hopefully in the correct order. of course Star Trek came up with the Heisenberg compensator to make a best guess as to how much momentum and at what speed and direction each molecule/atom/ quanta/whatever are traveling, so you don’t get all mangled up at the other end.

What I want to know is, when Newmann and Basagio are performing at the next Star trek convention? Do they still have those?
